Observation
There are WAY too many tourists in the city right now. It is times like these where I would welcome living in Brooklyn.And they are all blowing their NYE horns. Do I really have to put up with this for another day and a half?
The problem I’m having is that none of them seem to understand basic etiquette. It is not that difficult to walk down the street or ride the subway without preventing other people from going about their daily business. Even if you’ve never been to New York before, surely you’ve seen a sidewalk?
That’s pretty much how us native New Yorkers feels about all of YOU. If you had to go “home” for the Holidays, you aren’t a New Yorker. You are closer to one of these tourists that you are hating on. Stop your bitchin and get to steppin.
